Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add linseeds, sunflower seeds, almonds (reserving extra ones) into mixing bowl and mix 8 sec, sp 8 to make LSA.
2. Add dates and blitz 8 sec, sp 8
3. Add remaining Ingredients and blitz on turbo 1 sec x 2 or until desired consistency.
4. Roll into balls and roll in extra coconut if desired.
5. Store in fridge until set. (will firm up once refridgerated)
If mix is too wet add in more coconut, nuts etc. If too dry add more honey/tahini or coconut oil

Tip
Activating nuts and seeds makes them easier to digest and reduces enzyme inhibitors. If you dont have activated nuts and seeds the recipe will still work!
