  • 125 grams tahini
  • 140 grams honey
  • 130 grams oats
  • 30 grams rice bubbles
  • 50 grams sultanas
  • 25 grams sunflower seeds
  • 15 grams chia seeds

Recipe's preparation

  1. Line a lamington tray with baking paper.

    Place honey and tahini into bowl. Blitz on speed 4 until combined.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Blitz on reverse, speed 4 for  30 seconds to 1 minute until a slight "dough" forms.

    Press into tin and refrigerate. 

    Slice into muesli bar shapes.

    Excellent tahini museli bars. Will make again. I used 70g honey and 70g rice malt syrup. I didn't have flaxseeds so added coconut instead. Highly enjoyable. Next time, I'll try rolling them into small balls as they were very crumbly and fell apart even after refrigeration. Update: when refrigerated overnight and eaten immediately, they hold their shape well.
