The 2 Easy Banana Cake

  • 125 grams Butter
  • 180 grams raw sugar
  • 180 grams plain flour
  • 100 grams rolled oats
  • 1/2 level teaspoon Bi Carbonate of Soda
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

    Melt the butter for 1 minute speed 4Counter-clockwise operation

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 30 seconds speed 4Counter-clockwise operation

  3. Pour into a cake or loaf tin and bake for 35-45 minutes

    Allow to cool slightly before either icing as a whole or cutting into slices and spreading with butter
