  • 120 grams Butter
  • 30 grams cocoa
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence/ Extract
  • 70 grams plain flour
  • 1 package Tim Tam Biscuits

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease square cake tin.

  2. Melt butter 2 min/60/sp 4

  3. Add cocoa and sugar mix 1min/sp 1

  4. Add eggs and vanilla mix 10 sec/ sp 4

  5. Add flour mix 10 sec/ sp 4. Scrape dosn sides of bowl and repeat.

  6. Pour half of mixture into prepared cake tin. Arrange Tim Tams in a layer on top of mixture. Pour remainder of mixture on top of biscuits. Smooth mixture with spatula.

  7. Bake for 15-20min until mixture is cooked through.

  8. Tastes great with freshly whipped cream or ice cream! Or both!!
