Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
Tips: 1. This is an 8" recipe, to be used for a 8" round tin, 2 x 8" round sandwich tins, or 15-20 cupcakes. 2. Check a minute or two before the end to see if cooked. You only want this just cooked. 3. Icing mix will cover the cakes, but may be more than needed for cupcakes, depending on thickness.

This is by far the best cupcake recipe I've ever eaten! My icing didn't work though due to not milling my sugar enough so I used the buttercream icing off the chip. I will highly recommend this recipe to anyone and will be my go to.
