Triple Choc Cafe Cookie

  • 125 grams unsalted butter
  • 110 grams brown sugar

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven 160 C
    Place the butter and sugars in together and mix for 4 min on speed 5. You will have to stop every 30 seconds and scrape down the bowl.
  2. Add in egg, vanilla, flour and chocolate powder mixture. Mix speed 5/ 10 secs, check and scrape down side and repeat again if needed.
  3. Add in both choc chips and mixCounter-clockwise operation speed4 for 10 seconds.

    Lay out a tablespoon full of mixture onto a linned tray with room as it will spead.
  4. Bake in 160C oven 12-15 min, till they are golden brown.
    Leave to cool on tray.
