Ingredients

24 piece(s)

  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 -2 vanilla bean, to taste, i use 2
  • 250 g Butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g SR flour
  • 100 g Milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180c and prepare 2 cupckae trays with papers

    put the sugar and your vanilla beans in Closed lid 10secs speed 10

    add the butter mix 30secs speed 6

    add eggs one at a time on speed 4 till well combined

    Add flour and milk and mix for 20secs speed 4, scrap sides and mix for another 10 secs

    Evenly share between 24 cupcake papers and bake for 15 mins. Cool before icing

    Could you use just vanilla essence if you don't have the vanilla beans? If so what would be the equivalent??

    Thanks for this recipe. I found it actually makes 24 mini cupcakes rather than 24 cupcakes.
