Recipe's preparation

Preheat heat oven to 180C. Set out 12 patty pans into muffin tin.
Add flour and butter to bowl. Mix 15sec, speed 5.
Add Sugar. Combine 3sec, speed 2.
Add vanilla and egg. Replace lid without measuring cup, turn to speed 3. Slowly add the milk. The mixture should be thick. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix again for few more seconds if need be.
Spoon mixture into prepared patty pans. Bake for 10-15mins. Allow to cool.
Clean and dry bowl.
Add Icing Sugar, Butter, Milk and food colouring into bowl. Mix 3mins, speed 3.
Ice top of Cupcakes and decorate with Sugar Sprinkles.

cake was light and fluffy next time I might double the mixture as they will quite small I do like my cupcakes a bit bigger .
we added 2 tablespoons of cocoa to the icing and halfed the butter it was spot on great recipe

I have always been wary using my thermi for baking as I have a kitchen aid that I absolutely love but I whipped these up today as an afternoon treat for my son and his friends and they were great. So quick and easy as well as delicious and moist!

I added a bit more milk as the mix was too thick. They were delicious when cooked although may have been better with the vanilla. It doesn't say when it is supposed to be added. Didn't realize till they were in the oven.
