probably the lightest and fluffiest cupcakes I've made in the thermomix. I think adding the milk gradually was the key.

I found the ingredients and steps were spot on.

I have always been wary using my thermi for baking as I have a kitchen aid that I absolutely love but I whipped these up today as an afternoon treat for my son and his friends and they were great. So quick and easy as well as delicious and moist!

    Submitted by Kay_M on 2. July 2015 - 21:57.

I added a bit more milk as the mix was too thick. They were delicious when cooked although may have been better with the vanilla. It doesn't say when it is supposed to be added. Didn't realize till they were in the oven.
