Vegan banana pancakes

  • 1-2 --- medium bananas
  • 210 g plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 400 g plant-based milk, (not oat milk)
  • pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla essence

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Mix banana sp4, 5-10 seconds (depending on how smooth you want it).

    Add remaining ingredients and mix sp4, 20-30 seconds.

    Heat oil of choice in fry pan and cook.

You can sub the banana for your choice of fruit or omitt it altogether.
