Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C
  2. to bowl, add butter, milk and bicarb and melt for 1.5 mins, 60 degrees, speed 2
  3. add remaining ingredients and mix 20 secs, speed 4
  4. add to prepared loaf tin and cook for 45 mins until cooked

i have added extra banana when available and turns out perfect, you can add nuts or even chocolate chips..
Freezes well and is delish with a smear of butter.
