Ingredients

Vi's Crawnie... caramel brownie cookie

  • 225 grams unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 200 grams brown sugar
  • 1 --- egg
  • 10 grams vegetable oil
  • 10 grams Vanilla Paste
  • 200 grams plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 65 grams cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • rolo chocolate, broken into square pieces

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat the oven at 175°
  2. Add butter & brown sugar. Lid and MC on, mix 4min/sp4.
    Scrape down sides.
  3. Add egg, salt, oil and vanilla paste. Lid and MC on, mix 1min/sp4,
    Scrape down sides.
  4. Add Cocoa powder, baking powder and flour. Lid and MC on, mix 30 sec/sp5.
    scarpe down side.
    Lid and MC on mix 10sec/sp5.
  5. Dough may look oily and wet but it's easy to work with.

    Take a spoonful of dough and push rolo gently in the center and wrap the dough around the rolo until it's competely covered.
    Place your cookie onto lined baking tray and bake for 8-9 mins ONLY!!!
    Allow to cool before serving.

Rolo chocolate is purchased as a block for most supermarkets.
