      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Melt/ soften butter (30 sec / 40* / sp2)

    Add broken weetbix (40g) & 160g Milk (10sec /sp2)

Add dry ingredients & just combine (10sec / Sp 2)

    Fold in beaten egg & blueberries Counter-clockwise operation 10 - 15 sec / sp1

Place mixture into greased Muffin tray or Muffin cases - I got 8 reasonsable size Muffins or 6 very large.

Bake in oven for approx 20 - 30 mins (until firm to touch)
