The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add all ingredients into the thermomix bowl
2. Whip 10-20 seconds speed 4.
3. Scrape out into a clean, glass jar and keep in the fridge
