White Choc Macadamia Brownie / Blondie

Ingredients

  • 110 g raw sugar
  • 100 g Butter, roughly chopped
  • 200 g white chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 50 g SR flour
  • 150 g plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 100 g macadamia nuts, semi crushed
  • 200 g white chocolate, bits that hold shape when baking
  • 100 g Frozen Berries, OPTIONAL

Recipe's preparation

    Brownie / Blondie
  1. Mill sugar 2sec/sp9

    2. Melt butter and chocolate 60deg/3min/sp2

    3. Add sugar, mix 30sec/sp2 - the sugar should melt

    4. Add eggs and vanilla, mix 30sec/sp2

    5. Add SR and plain flour, mix 30sec/sp4

    6. Add nuts and choc bits, mix Counter-clockwise operation10sec/sp3

    7. Add frozen berries if you wish, gently stir thorough

    8. Pour into greaseproof paper lined tray and cook at 180deg for 30-45mins

    Yum! Ive been looking for a blondies recipe where u dont have to add berries. I only had half the amount of choc chips and macas but it still turned out great. Delicious, moist, sweet blondies. Thanks for sharing!
