Recipe's preparation
Add butter to Theromix bowl, 5 seconds speed 5. Add brown sugar, cream together for 10 seconds speed 5. Add flour and porridge sachet and using dough setting kneed for 30 seconds. Pour mixture into a bowl, the mixture will be crumbly but will form easily. Using your hands form cookie balls with your hands, put them directly on the baking paper and flatten to form a cookie shape. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 13 minutes depending on the size of your cookie. Once they are ready allow to cool on the baking paper for about 5 mins then transfer gently using an egg flipper to a cooling rack. Either eat hot or allow to cool completely.
