Amazing pizaz dough

  • 500 g lukewarm water
  • 1 tbsp dried instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 600 g bakers flour
  • 150 g semolina
  • 40 g oil, olive, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add yeast, water and sugar to bowl. Leave to sit for 10 minutes until foaming.
  2. Add remaining ingrediants and knead for 3 minutes.
  3. Turn onto a well oiled bowl and leave to rise until doubled in size.
  4. On a lightly floured surface turn dough out and knead until delfated.
  5. Seperate into 4 - 6 portions depending on how large you like your pizza. Roll out and top with your favourite toppings.
  6. Bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
