      TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Excellent recipe! I only used 35 g of sugar and found it was sweet enough tmrc_emoticons.) I have found this recipe to be the simplest and it's exactly what I was looking for. Thank you. I just wanted to know if I could increase the temperature in step one and step 2? Thanks again, love it!

Worked perfectly, I did use about 150g of yoghurt starter because I had to use it up amd only 100g of sugar.
But great recipe for when my usual yoghurt won't set because of the weather.

    Thank you!
