  • I made these last night for

    Submitted by Kaz1405 on 8. July 2016 - 10:52.

I made these last night for my first attempt of dough/ bread making and were delicious. I recommend taking the dough out, blitz ham & cheese then add together by hand or on the bench. Let the dough rise...... Etc etc for the rest of the instructions.  Very yummy bread rolls.

  • This recipe was ok but could

    Submitted by gingerchef_jess on 27. May 2015 - 18:55.

This recipe was ok but could make have a few changes. If were make these again i would do the cheese and bacon mix before the dough and then add in last 30 sec when it is kneading rather than making a mess on the bench and adding to the dough that way. I also think the dough needed to split in two to rise better and then split into smaller rolls. The rolls did taste nice but the dough wasn't as fluffy as i thought it would be.

  • This one of the first thing I

This one of the first thing I made, and I removed the dough before doing the cheese and bacon.  Worked a treat, and the rolls were so tasty.  Was a great lunch box snack for my partner  tmrc_emoticons.)

  • I just tried this and assumed

Submitted by Feed The World on 16. November 2013 - 11:20.

I just tried this and assumed you remove the dough then chop the cheese bacon mix, then add to dough while forming a ball.....

But I added cheese and bacon ( already chopped/grated) to dough in TM and attempted, of course the blade wouldn't move...

so I tipped entire lot onto bench and continued that way.

Confusing recipe but was the only one I had all ingredients for in the house.

Dough is proofing at the moment, will let you know end result!

PS. This is my first attempt at any bread/dough EVER, as well as using a TM  tmrc_emoticons.~

Sorry but no idea how to edit... I cloned for my own use before I knew how to add to recipe collections.. I can't change it to reflect how we did it.. We tend to do things as we go more then follow recipes..

  • Mine was not good. Firstly

    Submitted by Babblingapril on 10. October 2013 - 13:10.

Mine was not good. Firstly the Thermomix could not handle mixing the bacon and cheese in with the dough, and secondly they took forever to rise, unlike a similar recipe I tried recently. The end result was very disappointing.

  • Sounds yum, i'm just unclear

    Submitted by purpleeone on 19. August 2013 - 17:54.

Sounds yum, i'm just unclear with a few steps above. I'm guessing you take out the dough Before you put in the bacon and cheese to blend at that high speed?

    As it states

Add cheese and bacon to thermomix, 4seconds speed 10.

Turn out onto floured ThermoMat and bring dough together into tight ball adding cheese and bacon mix.

So is the cheese mix after dough is out??

    Thanks
