Put water, yeast, flour, salt and oil in the bowl in that order. Mix on speed 7 for 7 seconds. Knead on for 1 minute 30 seconds. Tip out dough and allow to prove for around 30 minutes in a Thermomat or Bowl covered with foil.
Grate cheese on Speed 5 for 10 seconds, set aside.
When the dough is ready push out into a rectangle. Spread with vegemite and sprinkle with cheese, reserving some cheese to sprinkle on top later. Roll up from the long end into a log. Cut the log into half with a sharp knife, then cut into slices and put on a lined baking tray, cut side up. Sprinkle with some extra cheese. Turn oven on to 180 deg C and bake for around 25 minutes until golden.
Great for school lunches and freeze well. Just take from the freezer to the lunch box.
