Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Put water, yeast, flour, salt and oil in the bowl in that order. Mix on speed 7 for 7 seconds. Knead on "Dough mode" for 1 minute 30 seconds. Tip out dough and allow to prove for around 30 minutes in a Thermomat or Bowl covered with foil.
Grate cheese on Speed 5 for 10 seconds, set aside.
When the dough is ready push out into a rectangle. Spread with vegemite and sprinkle with cheese, reserving some cheese to sprinkle on top later. Roll up from the long end into a log. Cut the log into half with a sharp knife, then cut into slices and put on a lined baking tray, cut side up. Sprinkle with some extra cheese. Turn oven on to 180 deg C and bake for around 25 minutes until golden.

I have made this recipe
I have made this recipe weekly since purchasing my TM in December 2015. I was spending a small fortune on olive rolls for my son's lunches! We now make these with vegemite or olives and he loves them. So fresh and we know what the ingredients are, no additives, no preservatives, yummy! Thank you
