- 250 g self raising flour or gluten free self raising flour
- 3 tsp GF baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 50 g Butter, melted and cooled
- 280 g buttermilk
- 120 g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp nigella seeds, (onion seeds)
- 1 tbsp sniped chives
Heat oven to 180C fan.
Grease and lind a 23cm springform cake tin.
Place flour and baking powder in bowl and mix for 10 seconds on speed 4.
Add all other ingredients and mix for 15 seconds on speed 5.
Spoon mixture in to the prepared cake tin. Bake in oven for 40-50min until the top of the loaf is golden and springs back to your touch.
Leave to cool in the tin for 5 min before turning onto a wire rack to cool compleatly.
