If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Weigh all ingredients into Thermomix bowl
Mix speed 7 for 15 seconds
Place on Thermomat and divide into 12 equal portions
Roll each portion, thinly
Place one flat bread at a time into a dry fry pan on high
Cook 1-2 minutes, bubbles with form on the bread
Flip, and cook the other side for 1 minute
Store in your Thermoserver to keep warm

These are so tasty. Making them again tonight. I used them as soft tacos. Best tacos I have ever made!
It is quicker to pull them out of a packet but honestly they taste waaay better.
I did them when people dropped in and I didn't have anything in the cupboard. For fillings I used black beans (google: Gordon Ramsay black beans )and guachamole. Grab any salad you may have, Sprinkle with cheese.
