- 310 grams warm water
- 2 level teaspoon Yeast
- 30 grams olive oil
- 510 grams bakers flour
- 2 level teaspoon Bread Improver (Optional)
- 1 level teaspoon salt
- 1 level teaspoon sugar

Place all ingredients in bowl in the order listed
Place on lid and mix 6 seconds Spd 6
Knead for 2 minutes. Allow to prove in bowl for 10-15 minutes before using.
This dough recipe can be used for a wide variety of dishes, eg scrolls, pizza bases, calzones, bread rolls
Extra sugar and cinnamon can be added for sweeter dishes such as cinnamon or Nutella scrolls
