- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 30 g caster sugar
- 30 g Butter
- 0.5 teaspoons bread improver
- 240 g water

Recipe's preparation
- Add flour, salt, sugar, yeast, bread improver blend for 5 seconds at speed 6
- Add chilled butter turbo 1 second x 3
- Add water, blend 15 seconds at speed 4
- "Dough mode" Knead for 4 mintues
