- 310 g water, mineral
- 2 tsp dried instant yeast
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1.25 tsp salt
- 500 g Flour, Plain
- 1 tsp bread improver

Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place water and yeast in mixing bowl. Heat 2 min/37 degres/speed 1.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix 6 sec/speed 6 and knead for 4 min.
Place dough in a greased tin.
Let rest for 1 hour minimum.
Place tin in oven for 25 minutes 200 degres.
