  • 450 grams Gluten free plain flour
  • 50 grams white sugar
  • 5 grams dried instant yeast
  • 5 grams salt
  • 5 grams xanthan gum
  • 4 heaped tablespoons nuttelex or butter
  • 250 grams lukewarm milk

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. 1. Add all dry ingredients
    2. Mix 10 sec Sp 6
    3. Start mixing 1:30mins Sp 5, add milk gradually
    4. Start mixing 1min Sp 5, add butter or Nuttelex one tablespoon at a time until all combined.
    5. Start mixing 2mins Sp 5, add eggs one at a time allowing time to combine between eggs.
    6. Place dough in Bread tin lined with baking paper, cover with glad wrap and place in microwave for 1 hour to rise.
    7. Bake in over at 180degrees for 25-30mins until desired colour
