Ingredients

Dough

  • 90 grams warm water
  • 1 sachet dried yeast
  • 100 grams rice
  • 100 grams Corn Flour
  • 120 grams Tapioca
  • 2 teaspoons xatham or guar gum
  • 50 grams Milk
  • 20 grams vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon apple puree

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add the yeast to the warm water in a mug and set aside

  2. Add rice to thermomix and grind for 45 seconds on speed 9 until it is a fine flour

  3. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix for 5 seconds on speed 4 to combine

  4. Add the wet ingredients (including the yeast mixture) and mix for 5 seconds on speed 6 to combine

  5. dough mode Knead for 2 minutes

  6. Place dough in a covered bowl in a warm place for 30 minutes or until it doubles in size.

  7. Use a floured surface to roll flat 

  8. Place onto greased pizza tray and add topping of you choice. Bake in 180 preheated oven until cooked
