Cooking 1 loved this recipe - light & fluffy with rising time - good for rolls as well - divided into pie tins like your Facebook recommended and they looked and tasted just like the shops buns  Love

love this bread to be easy and quick to make. For my ice I had to cook an extra 10min as it was still doughy in the middle.

You can buy bread improver from most supermarkets. You usually find it near the yeast.

Great recipe!  Great tasting bread - needed about 20 minutes in my oven though.  The crust was beautiful - crunchy but not hard if that makes sense?

Will definitely use again - thank you tmrc_emoticons.)
