      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
    2. Grease loaf tin
    3. Add all ingredients to bowl
    4. Mix speed 3, 10 seconds
    5. Pour into loaf tin
    6. Place in oven 35 minutes or until brown on top
    7. Cool then turn out onto rack
    Enjoy as is or with a spread of butter

    No liquid or eggs were included in the ingredients list. Following directions, I ended up with a bowl of spicy crumbs. I then had to guess what to add to bind the crumbs together. In the end, I added an egg and enough milk to bind. Cooked for about an hour and it turned out OK.
