Recipe's preparation

    Proving bread dough
  1. Place bread dough on silicone mat and wrap loosely. Place in Varoma dish and place lid on securely.
  2. Fill Closed lid with 1 Litre of water. Put Varoma in place (without MC).
  3. Press Fermentation button Ferment
    Set time for 1 hour 30 mins.
    Set temperature to 40
    Press Ferment and turn on.

Tip

Follow all your Bread/Dough prooving times on recipe and adjust accordingly.

If you don't own a silicone mat use baking paper doubled up.
