Recipe's preparation
- Place bread dough on silicone mat and wrap loosely. Place in Varoma dish and place lid on securely.
- Fill
"Closed lid" with 1 Litre of water. Put Varoma in place (without MC).
- Press Fermentation button
"Ferment"
Set time for 1 hour 30 mins.
Set temperature to 40
Press"Ferment" and turn on.

Tip
Follow all your Bread/Dough prooving times on recipe and adjust accordingly.
If you don't own a silicone mat use baking paper doubled up.
