Dough

  • 80 g Dessicated Cconut
  • 60 g wheat germ, TBC
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 25 g Black Chia seeds
  • 10-20 g honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 400 g water
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation
  1. Pre-heat oven to 200.

  2. Grind the Wheat Germ for 1 min/Speed 10.

  3. Add all dry ingredients, mix for 10 sec/Speed 7.

  4. Add wet ingredients, do this as quicky as possible! Mix for 1 min/Speed 8. - If it is too dry, add a little more water and mix for 20/30 secs. If it's not too well mixed, finish kneading by hand.

  5. Shape loaves and foll in some seeds. ie, chia seeds.

  6. Place on greased tray and bake in oven for 30-35 minutes.
