      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180c.  Place warm water, yeast & sugar in Closed lidand warm for 1min/37c/speed 1.

  2. 2. Add flour, olive oil & salt to Closed lid mix 6sec/speed 6.

  3. 3. Knead 3mins/Dough mode

  4. 4. Wrap dough & allow to rise for 1 hour.

  5. 5. Divide into rolls.  Bake 25-30 mins.

    Janinka: just long enough to get it jelly like. 10/15min usually. Might mean ground chia but not sure. Ground is usually what is used as egg replacer.
