Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180c.  Place warm water, yeast & sugar in Closed lid"Closed lid" and warm for 1min/37c/speed 1.

  2. 2. Add flour, olive oil & salt to Closed lid"Closed lid" mix 6sec/speed 6.

  3. 3. Knead 3mins/Dough mode"Dough mode"

  4. 4. Wrap dough & allow to rise for 1 hour.

  5. 5. Divide into rolls.  Bake 25-30 mins.

Tip

Brush tops with water or oil to add seeds.

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

    Janinka: just long enough to get it jelly like. 10/15min usually. Might mean ground chia but not sure. Ground is usually what is used as egg replacer.

    How much salt do we put in? There is no mention of salt in the ingredients but says salt in method.

    Awesome rolls nice and easy. 

    Thks god no fancy ingredients and no bread improver. Find everything in the fridge and pantry.
