Dough

  • 500 grams bakers flour
  • 100 grams Sour dough starter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 20-30 grams olive oil
  • 250 grams warm water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl in order listed. Mix 6 sec/speed 6. Kneed 2 mins.

    Place in tin or on thermomat or baking paper and allow to prove for 10 -12 hours (depend on the temperature).

    Put in cold oven, turn onto 200 degrees and bake for 25 mins or until bread fills hollow when tapped.

Tip

Can be frozen as whole or cut into slices.
