If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put water, buttermilk and yeast into Closed lid - 2 min / 37 degrees / speed 2.
Add flour, salt and sugar and knead dough mode for 3 min.

Flip the dough onto a floured surface (might have to scrape a bit, its a fairly soft dough). Split the dough into the number of rolls you would like, increase the surface tension by folding them like an envelope and roll. Then sort them onto a baking tray, cut the surface with a sharp knife. Alternatively you can cut them in smaller triangles like I did in the picture.
Put the tray into the cold oven, 240 degree Top/Bottom heat for 25-30 minutes.
