Recipe's preparation

    VEGAN HOT CROSS BUNS
  1. Add water and coconut milk first then add everything except chocolate knead on interval speed for 4 mins
    add chocolate and knead one min (its hard to combine all chocolate but now tip on to mat and knead in any that are not combined.shape into ball wrap in mat and leave in warm place till dough doubles in size 1hour approximately
    HEAT OVEN TO 220
    divide dough and mould into 12 buns placing on a tray(i never put crosses but u can ive put mix in tips)

    COOK BUNS FOR 10 mins
    you can glaze with a little sugar syrup just boil 2tbs of sugar with 2 tbs water and use to glaze I also added some cardio on pods to syrup

Tip

You could add fruit instead chocolate I added some freeze dried raspberries
