Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Place apricots in TM Bowl and press TURBO pluse until desired consistency. Set aside with currants for later.

6. Once rested place into a medium size loaf tin, cover with clingflim and place in a cold oven with a cup of boiling water. Let rise for 40 mins, then remove water and the cling film and turn on oven to 180. Bake for 25-30 mins or until cooked.

Tip
This is a dense bread that was created to replace my husbands breakfast biscuits. It wont rise much. Best eaten fresh day of baking and next day then sliced and frozen.
Could use any dried fruit.

Have you forgotten to add a liquid to the ingredients list. I've just made your recipe and it's very floury, I'm pretty sure 8 minutes of kneeding isn't going to make a miracle??
