  • 300 g Milk
  • Each egg makes about 2-3 pancakes. You canmake up to 3 (possibly 4 eggs worth in a single batch)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put all ingriedients into bowl.

    Mix Speed 4 for at least 15 seconds, you may need to scrape the sides and mix a bit more if you use a couple of eggs worth.

    I made this for breakfast this morning nad the panckaes came out rubbery. Not sure if I mixed it for too long or perhaps needed to use a different flour? I used plain....
