      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Melt butter  45 seconds temp 100  speed 1. Melt another 20-30 seconds if needed.

    Add Cocoa. Mix for 30 seconds on speed 5 With M/C in

    add rest of ingredients and mix for 1 mins on speed 5 With M/C in

    Scrapevdown sides of bowl and mix for another 30 seconds.

    pour mixture into a greased slice tin.

    bake on 180 for 20-25 mins

Tip

Bake for 20 mins in a fan force oven or it will be more like chocolate cake. Bake for less time for gooier brownies.
