Apple and Blueberry Crumble
- 420 gram green apples
- 200 gram blueberries, frozen
- 25 gram oats
- 65 gram brown sugar
- 20 gram Shredded coconut
- 45 gram plain flour
- 60 gram Butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Peel, core and slice apples.
Place 500g water into TM bowl. Place apples in varoma dish and cook for 10 minutes at Varoma temperature on speed 2.
Weigh and add blueberries to apple mixture, set aside.
Empty water out of TM bowl and dry.
Add all crumble ingredients and mix for 10 seconds on speed 5.
Spoon apple and blueberry mixture between 4 ramikans or into 1 dish then spread crumble over the top.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Tip
You can use red apples for a sweeter mixture.
You could use rapadura sugar instead of brown sugar.

This was the second time I made this delicious crumble. Like previous comments, I had apples to use up and I doubled the quantities. It was even better then the first time. A go to desert with the TMX custard.

Delish! I doubled the recipe and did it in a large dish. With vanilla custard we had enough for 4 adults, 5 kids and still a little bit leftover for a snack the next day. I used coconut sugar in place of the brown sugar.

My search for the perfect crumble is over! Excellent ingredient mix and amount for the topping. So easy to cook the apples in the Varoma too. I used 150g of frozen raspberries as that's all I had, still fine. Thanks for great recipe.
