If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Add butter and sugar to TM bowl and cream at speed 3 for 1 minute.
2. Add in sugar and egg, mix at speed 5 for 10 seconds.
3. Lastly, add in plain flour and mix at speed 5 for 20 seconds.
4. Wrap the pastry dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
1. Add all ingredients into the TM bowl and cook for 10 minutes at speed 1, 100 degrees.
1. Take out the chilled pastry dough and let it soften for about 20 minutes.
2. Then, line the bottom and the sides of the 8 inch pan with the dough, leaving a little over the edge of the pan.
3. Pour the filling into the pan.
4. Bake at 150 degrees for 45 minutes.
