Apricot bliss balls with vanilla

Ingredients

Mixture

  • 250 gram Dried Apricots Whole
  • 80 gram almonds
  • 25 gram coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste
  • 25 gram Maple syrup

Recipe's preparation

    Small apricot balls with vanilla
  1. put all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix for 20sec speed 10

    use hands to roll into bite sized balls

    and coat in desiccated coconut 

    store in airtight container in fridge

Tip

Replace almonds with seeds (sunflower etc.) to make

 it a great lunch box treat

    Simple to make and delicious! Taste just like apricot logs. I only had 200g of dried apricots, and I used rice malt sryup instead of maple syrup as I had some in the fridge that needed to be used. I also added 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. Thanks for the recipe!

    i added 1 tbsp of coconut oil and extra coconut to the mix

    I made a slice instead of balls cos I couldn't be bothered rolling them

    I used shredded coconut on the top

    Yumm!
