Avocado Cacao Mousse

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

  • 2 avocado, (ripe)
  • 40-50 grams cacao powder
  • 10 grams chia seeds
  • 60 grams Rice malt syrup
  • 10-20 grams organic maple syprup, (or honey)
  • dash cinnamon
  • 125 grams coconut cream, (chilled, needs to be firm)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the TM bowl and blend on speed 5 for 10-20 seconds smooth.

    Scrape down the bowl and blend on speed 3 for 30 seconds or until smooth. Scrape down the bowl once or twice to ensure all the ingredients are blended through.

    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
