- 50 grams brown sugar
- 140 grams Butter, (cubed)
- 2 eggs
- 120 grams roasted macadamias
- 100 grams honey
- 2 ripe bananas, (halved)
- 190 grams Self Raising Flour
- 100 grams Milk

Recipe's preparation
Place Macadamias into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 5. Remove and set aside.
Combine Butter and Brown Sugar for 10 seconds on speed 4. scrape down sides and repeat.
With Blades spinning on speed 4, add 1 egg at a time. Scrape again if needed and continue to mix for 10 seconds on speed 4.
Add in Macadamias, bananas and honey mix 5 seconds on speed 5.
Add in Flour and mix for 10 seconds on speed 5.
Add in most of the milk and mix for 10 seconds on speed 5 (add remainder if it requires and mix again)
Scoop into silicon muffin holder and place into Varoma Basket and on Varoma Tray.
Place 1 litre of water into TM bowl and cook for 25 minutes at Varoma on speed 2
I love having these with plain vanilla icecream or custard

Tip
Whilst warm I blobbed thickened cream mixed with a little honey on top
So good the next day in work lunchboxes.
Easily frozen.
If you have extra batter that won't fit in the Varoma - just pop it into a muffin tray and bake in the oven.

These were lovely! I had 2 bananas to use and bored of banana bread and muffins so these are perfect.
I didn't have macadamia nuts do i added a bit of dessicated coconut. I'll probably reduce the sugar or honey a bit next time but everyone loved them. Thank you
