  1. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix on speed 7 for 1 minute

    Just made it, except I only had 1 banana lying around 

    So I added 1 tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter, a dash of honey, halved the milk and used a small handful of ice 

    Banana and peanut butter milkshake = YUM! tmrc_emoticons.)
