Banana Strawberry 'Ice Cream'

Ingredients

1 litre(s)

  • 400 grams Frozen Banana Pieces, Approx
  • 200 grams Frozen Strawberries, Approx
  • 1 lemon, Juice only, Adjust to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Add as little or more of each ingredient as you wish :)
  1. Step 1: Remove frozen items from the freezer and let thaw for 5-10 minutes.

    Step 2: Add all ingredients to bowl and blitz for 10 seconds on speed 9.  Remove lid and scrape down bowl.  Repeat until desired consistency is acheived.

    Step 3: Serve straight away, left overs can be put into a freezer safe container and popped into the freezer for a later date.

Tip

If you are unsure about the lemon start with only half, or none at all.  Trust me, it doesn't over power it!  I use the juice from a whole lemon.

This will taste best immediately after making, if serving from the freezer let it thaw for a bit, it will make it easier to serve.

    I used frozen mixed berries instead of just strawberries but came up perfectly, exactly what I wanted
