If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1.put black rice and sticky rice into the bbl, 3minutes/speed10, put into a bowl and leave aside
2.put egg and sugar, then put butterfly whisk, 15 minutes/45degree/speed4
3.put the rice powerder, oil,milk, 4seconds/speed3
4.put into the cake moulde and cover with the clingwrap and put into varoma.
5put 500g water into bbl and varoma on the top 40minutes/varoma/speed1
