Ingredients

Brandy Ice Cream

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 120 grams brown sugar
  • 450 grams cream
  • 250 grams full cream milk
  • 1 heaped teaspoons Vanilla Paste
  • 60 grams brandy

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Mix together egg yolks with sugar, set aside.
    2. Add cream, milk and vanilla to Closed lid. Cook 7 minutes 95 sp 2.
    3. Set time at 1 min, spd 3.5, slowly add egg/sugar mixture.
    4. Cook 2 mins, temp. 100, spd 3.
    5. Set 30 sec, spd 3, Pour brandy through lid.
    6. Cool mixture before putting in freezer.
    7. Freeze at least 8 hours, or until frozen.
    8. Cut into chunks and churn 1 min, spd 5
    9. Refreeze, enjoy...
