The Flammery

Buckwheat

  • 175 grams buckwheat
  • 1 l water, or 500g Water/500g Milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 gram sultanas
  • to taste honey
  • 100 gram Nuts, Wallnuts etc
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg white
  • 30 grams Butter

Recipe's preparation

    Preparation Method
  1. Beath the egg white until stiffened with the butterfly

  2. Set aside

  3. Place buckwheat, Milk & Water (or just water) into the bowl.

  4. Cook for 20 minutes on 100 Degrees on reverse.

  5. Add all the other ingredients without the egg white and mix all together for 5-7 seconds - on Speed 4.

  6. At last add the egg white very carefully.

  7. Fill this in a form what you have washed with cold water before.

  8. Put in the fridge

  9. After it has cooled down place it on a plate.

Serve it with Vanilla Sauce or White Foam Sauce or Custard
