Charlie's Tiramisu - Egg Free

Ingredients

Chocolate Mix

  • 150 g Dark Chocloate
  • 40 g strong expresso coffee cold
  • 60 g condensed milk
  • 250 g marscarpone cheese
  • 350 g Cream.

Assembly of Tiramisu

  • 250 g Coffee liqueur
  • 250 g sponge biscuits
  • 50 g chocolate, melted in TMX

Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate Mix
  1. Place chocolate into mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 8.

    Add Coffee and condensed milk.

    Mix 1 min/ 37c/ speed 4-5/ 

    Watch sometimes needs less than 1 minute 

  2. Insert Butterfly, then add marscarpone cheese and cream.

    Mix 20/ speed 4  Until the mixuture is Just whipped BE Very careful not to over whip at this stage you might need another 10 secs at speed 4 be careful otherwise your mixture will seperate...

  3. Assembly of Tiramisu
  4. Toss the biscuits in the liqueur. Layer the biscuits and the chocolate mixutre in a rectangular dish. Decorate the dessert with melted chocolate. Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight before serving.
