200 grams pitted dates

  • 100 grams almonds
  • 2 scoops Protein Powder
  • 500 grams Walnuts or cashews
  • 60 grams Desiccated Coconut, (plus extra to roll them in)
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 100 grams Coconut Milk or Cream
  • 50 grams Dried Tart Cherries

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients excluding cherries in TM.

    Pulse on turbo 5 times for 1 second.

    Add cherries and coconut milk or coconut cream and repeat.... Pulse on turbo 5 times for 1 second.

    Roll into approximately 24 balls before rolling into additional Desiccated Coconut.

     

    Refrigerate when complete, will last indefinately in your fridge unless/until devoured!
