Tip

Coco powder can be used if you have no cacao.  I use 200g sultanas becasue my children really like them but reduce the amount if you prefer.

If you would like to make these for adults 20-50g alcohol can be added (eg brandy, rum, bourbon, whiskey -- these all taste great as I have experimented with them). The more alcohol you add the softer the mixture becomes and the harder it is to roll.  Make sure you leave them in the fridge for longer.  They won't go entirly firm like the non-alcoholic ones but still pretty good. The hubby loves them.

Store in the fridge.

Super easy to make and were a huge hit with Mr 3 who no longer eats sultanas. If I was making them for an adult I would increase the cocoa by 10 grams to give a richer taste.

We made these yesterday morning for the time time. They were a huge hit with both the husband and the kids, including the ones that apparently don't like sultanas tmrc_emoticons.;)

Super easy to make. Will definitely be a regular in our house!
